A payment of $200.00 is required to register. If you attend the course, payment will be refunded within two weeks after the course. If you cancel via e-mail by 5:00 p.m. CDT on Monday, December 15, 2025, payment will be refunded. If you do not cancel by 12/15 and/or do not attend, payment will not be refunded.
